Bonus Reward Terms & Conditions

Participants in Credible’s Bonus Reward Program are subject to, and agree to be bound by, Credible’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both available on the Credible website), as well as the following additional Bonus Reward Terms & Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”).

Any reward (“Reward”) offered to users of Credible is provided as an incentive to use Credible, and not as an incentive in relation to specific lenders. Additionally, any Reward is not, and should not be, considered an inducement to seek an extension of credit or accept a loan product. Credible users alone are solely responsible for determining whether any loan product or service is appropriate or suitable for them based on their personal and financial situation. 

To be eligible to receive a Reward, participants must: (1) Accept a loan offer extended by a lender through the Credible platform; (2) The loan offer must be accepted through the Credible platform within 21 days from the day the borrower is notified of his or her loan offer; (3) The loan must be funded and not later cancelled or withdrawn; and (4) Proof of acceptance of loan offer and loan disbursement must be sent to [email protected]; and (5) the chosen lender must report that the closed loan is attributable to Credible. Participants are not eligible to receive a Reward for any services initiated with a lender prior to using Credible.

Rewards shall be issued via an e-gift card in the name of the primary borrower and sent to the email or physical address listed in the borrower’s Credible profile. All federal, state and local taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the participant. Rewards may not be transferred or substituted. Credible reserves the right to disqualify anyone from the Reward Program. Anyone who violates the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Terms & Conditions will be ineligible for receiving the Reward. Credible reserves the right to cancel the Reward Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed Reward will be forfeited. Credible is not liable for any Rewards that are lost or stolen.

The Bonus Reward Program is separate from, and in addition to, the Referral Reward Program that can be found on the Credible website.
