Tim Maxwell is a former broadcast journalist with over 20 years of experience working in the media, including three years of experience in personal finance, specializing in insurance, credit cards, interest rates, banking, retirement, student and personal loans, and mortgages.
Tim started his career as a broadcast news writer and field journalist before working as a digital media specialist for over 19 years at 20th Century Fox and NBC Universal. He then became an SEO writer at TheHOTH and a financial writer at LendingTree, FinanceBuzz, Dotdash Meredith, and Fox Business.
